Overview
When making this coffee toast, I add two strips of instant coffee. When kneading and baking, the aroma of coffee comes out. I usually drink coffee, so let’s try coffee this time~

Weigh out the bread flour and whole wheat flour.

Add salt and sugar diagonally, and yeast in the middle.

Pour in coffee powder.

According to the water absorption of the flour, add an appropriate amount of milk and start the first dough mixing process.

At the end of the program, add softened butter at room temperature.

Make one serving at room temperature.

Divide into three parts and let rest for about 15 minutes.

Lightly chop the walnuts, cashews and peanuts.

Take a piece of dough and roll it out and add chopped nuts.

Roll it up from top to bottom and put it all in the toast box.

Place a bowl of hot water in the oven for the second rise.

Take it out after the second round is completed.

Preheat the oven with upper and lower heat + hot air convection to 190 degrees for about 40 minutes.
