I have eaten pork belly chicken several times outside and I like the warm feeling that goes straight into my stomach. Especially in winter, the fragrant pepper flavor is also very warm to the stomach. The soup base is really great when you use it to cook on the stove! I never had the courage to try it myself because I thought pork belly was really difficult to wash, and I doubted I could stuff chicken into it.   1. When you buy fresh pork belly, rub it repeatedly with cornstarch and salt on both sides. Wash off the dirt stuck on it. Washing the pork belly is really a chore.   3. Buy fresh chicken, clean it, and stuff half of the ginger slices, chopped garlic, garlic heads, and ginkgo into the cavity

  5. Stuff the chicken into the pork belly. This step is very frustrating for me. I did it for another half an hour. The pork belly is too slippery and I have no skills at all to hold it. I don’t know how other chefs can stuff the chicken in quickly. Please give me some advice! ! After finally stuffing it in, I used a toothpick to sew the gap. Then put the whole thing into the rice cooker, add all the ingredients, pour in enough water, put it in the rice cooker and start cooking. Remember to turn the pork belly and chicken over once or twice during the cooking process, and simmer for more than an hour. Although it’s hard work, I feel a sense of accomplishment when I smell the fragrance all over the house! I didn’t take a picture of the final product, because all my friends were here, and they started making fun of it while they were shouting that they felt like they were dying~ Haha.
