Overview

When fresh peas are cheap in spring, I often buy a lot of pea pods, peel the peas, put them in the refrigerator and freeze them, and take them out when you want to eat them. I like peas whether as a side dish or in porridge. My favorite is to use fresh peas to squeeze soy milk and drink it. The light green pea paste has a very refreshing taste. I usually like steamed steamed buns with soy milk and bean dregs and noodles, and the simplest round steamed buns with pea paste and noodles.
