Flower Jam Bread
Overview
I followed the recipe of Yuanzhuzhu for this bread, and continued to advocate my low-oil and low-sugar recipe. The recipe is simple, but the shape is beautiful. The light bread can be dipped in the jam in the middle without losing its sweet taste

Put 40 grams of egg liquid, milk, flour, salt, sugar, and yeast into the bread barrel in sequence, and start kneading the dough for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes, add butter and continue kneading for 20 minutes

Remove the air and divide into 3 50g balls and 18 10g small balls. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes

Roll out 3 large balls into round pastry skin and place on baking sheet

Shape the small ball into a round ball again, dip the bottom with egg liquid, place it on the crust, and ferment

Brush the risen bread dough with egg wash

Preheat the oven and bake on the middle shelf at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. If the surface is heavily colored, cover it with tin foil
