Add shrimp paste, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, sugar, cooking wine, minced green onion and ginger, 15 ml of water to the meat filling. Stir in one direction until evenly stirred. Add the previously prepared frozen meat skin and cut into small pieces and mix well (refrigerate for later use)

Pour water into the bread machine to dissolve the yeast, add flour, start the kneading process, knead into a smooth dough, and ferment for 30 minutes to form a semi-fermented dough

Roll the dough into a long strip

Cut into 20g pieces each

Roll it out into a dough that is thick in the middle and thin on the four sides

Add meat filling and fold to seal

Serve the fried embryos and let them rise for about 20 minutes

Pour oil into a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and add fried buns

Fry over medium heat until the bottom is slightly brown, pour in 130 ml of water, cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes

Wait until the water in the pot is almost dry and it makes a "sizzling" sound
