Prepare grass carp, ginger, chili and garlic

Heat a wok, pour in salad oil, add ginger, garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant

Stir-fry the chopped fish pieces in the bottom of the pot and stir-fry

Stir-fry several times and add rice wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt [a little] vinegar [I like to add some vinegar to the braised fish so it tastes fresh] and add a bowl of water

When the soup is almost boiling, add Haitian oyster sauce and chicken essence and it’s OK. The photo taken with the mobile phone is blurry

Just sprinkle some chopped green onion on top of the plate. It tastes good
