Stir-fried Asparagus, Carrots and Bacon

Overview

I went to Auchan two days ago and saw that the asparagus was very fresh and tender, so I bought a few. I also had the Holland America bacon I bought last time in the refrigerator. I just added a carrot to make this dish. My family likes it very much. The bacon is very fragrant, the asparagus is crispy, and the radish flowers are very beautiful

Ingredients

Steps

  1. A bag of Holland America Bacon

  2. Remove the old skin from the roots of asparagus, wash and cut into sections, and cut carrots into flowers

  3. Shredded ginger and garlic

  4. Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of cooking oil and a pinch of salt

  5. First add the carrot flowers and blanch them for one minute

  6. Half bag of sliced bacon

  7. Then add the asparagus into the pot and blanch it for half a minute

  8. After half a minute, take it out immediately and put it on a plate for later use

  9. Heat the pan, pour a little oil just enough to moisten the bottom of the pan, then add the bacon slices and stir-fry

  10. When the bacon starts to spit out oil, add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry

  11. Then add the blanched asparagus and carrots and stir-fry quickly over high heat. Add a little salt to taste

  12. Remove from pan and plate

  13. By the way, here is a little trick to share with you, that is, you can keep the asparagus you buy home in a cup with water like a flower arrangement. This is the best way for French people to keep asparagus fresh that I accidentally found on the Internet. They think this is better than putting asparagus in the refrigerator
