Overview
Toast is a very common snack and often plays an important role in a quick breakfast. Therefore, good toast must not only taste good, but also be nutritious and pleasing to the eye.

Prepare materials.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, and beat into a dough except for the butter and cranberries.

Add room temperature softened butter.

Then beat for 3-5 minutes until the film forms.

Cover with plastic wrap and prepare for fermentation.

Turn on the food fermentation/defrost function of the oven and ferment it at 40 degrees for 45 minutes.

After fermentation is completed, take out the dough and divide it into 4 portions

Take one, roll it out, sprinkle with cranberries, roll it up, repeat this once, and do the same for the other three doughs.

Place them side by side into the toast mold.

Then use the oven food fermentation/defrost function for secondary fermentation, and ferment at 40 degrees for 30 minutes.

After fermentation is completed, use the oven's bread/cake function and fan function to bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Take it out and let it cool before slicing.
