【Changde】Sweet and sour seasonal vegetables and peanuts
Overview
At every reunion dinner or New Year’s dinner, my mother-in-law always prepares a portion of crispy peanuts. She said this is for people who like to drink. This year, I prepared cashews and then served the peanuts in a different way. You can serve food and drinks or give the children more to eat. And I changed the seasoning to use sweet and sour, which makes it healthier for people who like to drink, and also makes children like it more.

Prepare all ingredients.

Add peanuts to a pan with cold oil and fry until crispy and fragrant, then remove from the pan and control the oil for later use.

Leave an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, and put the carrots and dried beans into the pot.

Stir-fry until fragrant, then cut the wild rice into the pot.

When the ingredients are all cooked, put the diced garlic into the pot and fry together.

Add the previously prepared sweet and sour sauce (I used cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar)
