First prepare Longkou vermicelli, shredded vegetables, shredded fungus, shredded green onions (I personally don’t like onions, ginger and garlic, so I didn’t add them)

Soak the Longkou vermicelli in boiling water until soft, take it out, beat the eggs and set aside

Heat the oil over medium-low heat, pour in the eggs, and take them out after they start to rise.

(Cook out the eggs, I didn’t wash the pot) Add some oil and stir-fry the shredded green vegetables and fungus
