Steps
-
Let the butter soften naturally at room temperature, and pour in 30 grams of fine sugar.
-
Beat the butter and caster sugar thoroughly and mix
-
Pour in 10 grams of milk.
-
Beat until there is no separation of water and oil and the butter appears white.
-
Sift in 100 grams of low flour and mix into original dough.
-
Divide into two identical pieces of dough and sift 6 grams of cocoa powder into one of them.
-
The two pieces of dough can be kneaded into strips, or pressed into two pancakes, rolled up, and kneaded (do not over-knead)
-
Knead the two pieces of dough into a cylinder (or square or triangle) and put it in the refrigerator
-
Cut into 3MM thick slices or 5MM thick slices (don’t freeze it too hard, otherwise it will break into pieces~)
-
Bake the upper and lower racks of the oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes, paying attention to the degree of coloring.
