Simple recipe for salted fish and eggplant stew
Overview
When a person falls in love with a certain ingredient, he will want to eat it every day and make it into different flavors every day. For example, I am really crazy about eating eggplants. I eat eggplants three times a week, so I am slow to update the recipes. I only make eggplants, so I am too lazy to update them. This time I posted a simple method of salted fish and eggplant stew.

Cut the eggplant into long strips

Cut the garlic and chili into pieces, and cut the salted fish into small pieces as much as possible
