Salt-fried king oyster mushrooms
Overview
A very healthy way to eat it, using only a small amount of olive oil, a small amount of black pepper, and a small amount of coarse-grained sea salt. The preparation is also quite simple. The fried king mushrooms are fleshy, with the unique taste of black pepper. When you eat them, it feels like meat in your mouth.

Prepare king oyster mushrooms.

Cut king oyster mushrooms into slices.

Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in the pot, not too much, just spread it over the bottom of the pot.
