Pour the boiled broccoli and carrots into cold water.

At this time, add starch and chicken essence in a small bowl and add a small amount of water to make water starch. Put the boiled abalone stock into a wok, add oyster sauce (a larger amount), light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine, stir and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the water starch into the pot in batches and stir constantly until the soup becomes thick.
