Grilled Squid with Sauce
Overview
Although the weather is very hot, I can't resist the temptation of barbecue. Every night the barbecue stall is bustling with people. Even though we know it is gutter oil and unclean meat, the charm of barbecue always makes people unable to stop! [Humber Electric Grill] solves the problem of food safety for us. I am really happy to receive the trial product. Thank you to Gourmet World and Humber Electric for giving me this opportunity to try it out.

Clean the squid.

Cut the squid into small cubes.

Thread the squid slices with bamboo skewers.

Prepare hot sauce, oyster sauce, onions and other ingredients.
