Dry pot chicken legs
Overview
It’s cold in winter. I love having my family sitting around a round table eating hot meals. The dry pot dish is definitely a recommendation. I don’t like spicy food very much. Today I’m going to make a simple and slightly spicy version of dry pot chicken drumsticks. It’s suitable for friends who don’t like spicy food. It’s so fragrant and goes well with rice😁

Slice lotus root, drain and deep-fry

Cut the chicken legs into pieces, marinate them with cornstarch, soy sauce and salt to add flavor, fry them and set aside

Add onion, garlic and chili and saute until fragrant
