Yam, barley and pork ribs soup
Overview

One pound of strips and sliced ginger.

Add cold water to the pot and bring the ribs to a boil, skim off the foam and wash.

Soak barley in hot water for one hour.

Add barley and simmer over medium heat for one hour.
