Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the carrots, cucumbers, fried eggs and sausage into shreds
-
Mix the rice with sesame oil and salt. Be careful not to make the rice too hot ~ it is best to let it cool for a while
-
Prepare nori. The picture shows the seaweed I like to use~
-
Place the seaweed on the mold (such bamboo molds are sold online), spread the rice on it, and be careful not to puncture the seaweed ~
-
Put the prepared ingredients on top, and you can also add some other food according to your personal preference
-
Roll up with mold. The picture shows how it looks rolled.
-
Cut and place on a plate. My kimbap today was a bit collapsed...because it wasn't rolled tightly and the inside was loose, but it still tasted great!
