Harley Cake

Overview

Harley cake is a type of cake with heavy oil, but in order to make it healthier for my family, I controlled the amount of oil and sugar. To make this cake, you need to preheat the oven in advance, because the cake batter only takes 5 minutes to make.

1. 1 Add eggs and sugar to a large bowl,

4. 4 Stir until emulsified,

   

5. 5 Sift in cake flour, baking powder and salt,

   

6. 6 Stir evenly,

   

7. 7 Pour the cake batter into the silicone mold,

   

8. 8 Put in the preheated oven, middle layer, raise the heat to 200 degrees, lower the heat to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.
