Sauce-flavored hotpot tofu
Overview
This dish turns out to be Guotai Tofu. I added noodle sauce to it and it became sauce-flavored. During the production process, use low heat to slowly let the sauce flavor penetrate, so that every bite can be full of flavor.

Get the seasoning ready.

Cut onion and ginger into millet. Cut the tofu into slices about 4 cm long, 3 cm wide and 1 cm thick.

Put it into a container, add onions, ginger, salt, and cooking wine, and mix well with your hands carefully. Marinate for 5 minutes.

Dip tofu evenly in flour.

Then put it in the egg wash and coat it in the egg wash.

Pour oil into the pot and heat it to 60%. Fry the tofu over medium heat for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

After the oil is poured out, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and add the spicy noodle sauce and mix well.

Add tofu and simmer over low heat until only a little bit of soup remains. Add sesame oil before serving.
