Ingredients
Steps
-
Whisk egg yolks, corn oil, milk and salt until thoroughly combined. (I doubled the amount, so the amount of egg yolk is more)
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix evenly into the egg yolk paste.
-
Put the egg whites into a basin of oil-free water, add 30 grams of sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. As shown in the figure
-
Add one-third of the egg white foam to the egg yolk batter and mix evenly.
-
Then pour all the egg yolk paste into the remaining egg white bubbles and mix evenly. (Don’t circle to avoid defoaming)
-
Pour the cake batter into a baking pan lined with greaseproof paper and smooth it out.
-
Sprinkle in chopped chives and appropriate amount of sesame seeds. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
-
Put the cake batter into the middle layer of the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
-
Let the finished product cool to lukewarm.
-
Take another piece of clean parchment paper, turn the cake over, and tear off the parchment paper.
-
Pour in enough salad dressing.
-
Spread an appropriate amount of pork floss.
-
Roll up the cake with the help of a rolling pin and pinch the two sections together to secure for half an hour.
-
Finished product.
