Fried milk
Overview
The new way to eat milk is to boil the milk into milk paste, solidify it into milk cake, fry it in the batter, and both adults and children love to eat it.

Steps
-
Put the milk into a small milk pot and add sugar to the milk.
-
Add cornstarch to the milk (I feel that I have added too little starch and the milk paste is too thin. You can add more cornstarch as appropriate when making it)
-
Use the tips of chopsticks to mix evenly.
-
Place the milk pot on the fire and heat it over medium-low heat while stirring constantly with chopsticks to avoid burning the bottom of the pot.
-
Stir for a few minutes until the milk paste bubbles and becomes thicker and thicker. When it reaches a thick enough state, you can turn off the heat.
-
Pour the milk paste into a crisper, let it cool and it will solidify into milk cake.
-
Take out the solidified milk cake and cut it into small pieces. This is the milk cake to be fried.
-
Roll the milk cake into cornstarch first.
-
Then roll the milk cake into egg liquid.
-
Then roll the milk cake into bread crumbs.
-
Everything is ready and put on the plate.
-
Wash the small milk pot and dry it with paper towels.
-
Pour cooking oil into a small milk pot. (It is more fuel-efficient to fry things in a small-diameter pot)
-
After heating the oil, put the milk cake into the oil.
-
Put everything into the pot and fry over medium heat.
-
Turn over and fry until golden brown and take it out.
-
Take out the fried milk cake and place it on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
-
Plate it and you’re ready to eat.
