Braised pork with pickled vegetables - simple recipe
Overview
This dish is a home-cooked dish in our family. The prunes have been kept in the refrigerator and I didn’t want to finish them. I bought them when I went to Jinggangshan in May. Your prunes are really good.

Fresh pork belly.

Marinate with light soy sauce and dark soy sauce for one hour. Add a little salt and rub it.

According to the amount of meat, prepare light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, star anise, and green onion. If you have rock sugar, you can add rock sugar. Rock sugar is easier to color.

Put the meat skin side up and cook in pressure cooker for about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from the pressure cooker and let cool.

Slice into approximately one centimeter pieces.

Place the meat skin side down and cover with the prunes. Then return to the pot and press for another ten minutes. Turn upside down and load onto a plate.
