  6. According to the amount of meat, prepare light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, star anise, and green onion. If you have rock sugar, you can add rock sugar. Rock sugar is easier to color.

  7. Put the meat skin side up and cook in pressure cooker for about 10-15 minutes.
