Garlic Sausage
Overview
This is the sausage I dried myself last year, with plenty of minced garlic. I never got to taste it. I steamed it in advance yesterday and fried it with green garlic at night. It's very delicious. I can bake another batch at the end of this year. You can give it away then. If you like it, you can use other sausages to stir-fry. Personally, I think sausages with green garlic and celery are very delicious.
