Windmill Cake
Overview
I originally baked a regular sponge cake, but I thought it was boring, so I cut off a few strips. Wow, it instantly became three-dimensional. It looks a bit like a windmill, a bit like a propeller, and a bit like a turntable. My child likes this shape very much.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Crack four eggs into the basin.
-
Add sugar and lemon juice.
-
Beat with electric beater.
-
Beat until you can pull out a small curved hook and the egg batter drips without disappearing immediately.
-
Sift in the flour.
-
Mix well.
-
Pour in the corn oil and mix again.
-
Pour into the mold and brush the mold with a layer of oil in advance.
-
Place in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
Remove the undercut.
-
Let cool and unmold.
-
Cut it from half the thickness and divide it into two layers. Do not cut the center part, keep it as one, and surround the center of the circle. Divide the periphery into 12 equal parts and cut them separately with scissors (I wanted to use this as a finished product, so I sprinkled some coconut flakes and turned each piece sideways slightly to create a three-dimensional effect, but I was still not satisfied, so I continued processing it).
-
Remove six pieces, keep six pieces, and cut off every other piece to make it more three-dimensional.
-
Plate it and it's ready to eat.

Let’s be beautiful again.
