Black sesame egg roll
Overview
After resting at home and using the Delish egg roll mold to make pizza cones, I wanted to make some sesame egg rolls again! In fact, there are basically two ways to make egg roll batter. One is to melt the butter directly and mix it with other ingredients. The other is to beat the softened butter with sugar, and then add egg liquid, powder, etc. It is said that the latter will make the egg rolls fluffier, but the operation will be more troublesome and the probability of failure will also increase a lot. Because the indoor temperature is just right recently, I chose the latter!

Steps
-
Soften butter at room temperature, add sugar and beat
-
Add the whole egg mixture in portions. Beat evenly after each addition
-
This is the mixture after adding all the ingredients
-
Sift in the flour and mix well
-
Add cooked black sesame seeds and mix well
-
This is the mixed batter. I tried making one and found it was too thick, so I added some milk and stirred it well
-
Because I just started using it, I brushed some butter on both sides of the mold
-
Scoop a spoonful of batter onto the egg roll mold. If this amount is too much, it will overflow from the lid
-
Cover the mold and press it tightly. Cook on low heat for 1 minute on each side. Open the mold when you hear no sizzling sound
-
After the egg skin is done, quickly roll it up with your hands using chopsticks while it's still hot, and let it cool

This amount made a total of 12 pieces
