Stir-fried spring bamboo shoots with chicken, fir fungus and shepherd's purse
Overview
The shepherd's purse in the yard has grown a few more, and they are picked for garnishing with vegetables. They have a strong fragrance. I made a good panda this spring. I alternated between winter bamboo shoots and spring bamboo shoots, but it was too expensive.
