Green onion and multi-grain sesame pancakes
Overview
During the National Day holiday, I always want to try something new for my family to enjoy. Although my cooking skills are not good, the most important thing is to have a practical spirit (*^_^*). Then use what you have and give it a try.

-
Ingredients Family Portrait (Today I am grinding soybeans, black beans, peanuts, red dates and soy milk, so the okara also contains these four ingredients. Of course, you can mix and match the okara as you like)
-
Put the bean dregs, cornmeal, salt and chopped green onions together and mix according to the amount you want to make;
-
Mix well (if it is dry, you can add an appropriate amount of soy milk or milk. My bean dregs are not drained on purpose, so there is no need to add any more);
-
Put the pan on low heat and add a little corn oil (low oil is healthy);
-
Dip your hands in some water, form an appropriate amount of dough into a ball, and then flatten it into a cake shape;
-
Put it into the pan, put an appropriate amount of black sesame seeds in the middle of the cake, and press it slightly to embed the black sesame seeds into the cake body to prevent them from falling off (I use raw black sesame seeds to avoid burning when reheating);
-
Do it one by one and put it into the pot;
-
Cover the lid and turn to medium heat;
-
Fry both sides until the hard surface is golden brown, turn off the heat and continue to fry with residual heat;
-
Take it out of the pan and put it on the plate. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The onion-flavored multi-grain sesame pancakes are a success!
