  1. One pumpkin, 6 red dates, and a few lilies.

  2. Cut off both ends of the pumpkin, peel it, use an iron spoon to scoop out the pumpkin seeds and wash them. Wash lily and red dates.

  3. Add red dates to the pumpkin.

  4. Add the lilies and steam in the steamer for about 40 minutes.

  5. Remove and carefully transfer to a plate.

  6. Cut the pumpkin into pieces along the lines of the knife. Heat the rock sugar in a small bowl of water until it becomes viscous, pour it on the pumpkin, and then pour in some honey. I was so busy at this step that I forgot to take pictures.
