Today I made radish, sea rice and tofu soup. It’s good to eat radish in winter. I haven’t had carrot soup for a long time, so I made it today. Very simple!

Step 3: Light the fire, pour cooking oil (soybean oil), add chopped green onion and shredded ginger.

Step 4: Pour dried shrimps and radish into the pot and stir-fry.
-
Step 5: Use a soup bowl to prepare a full bowl of water and pour it into the pot, cover the pot and cook.
-
Step 6: The picture shows that the soup pot is boiling. Cover the pot and let it cook for a few minutes. (about 5~6 minutes).
-
Step 7: After boiling the radish soup for a while, pour all the cut tofu into the pot, cover the pot and continue cooking. (You can add an appropriate amount of salt at this time, or you can add salt after the tofu is boiled).
-
Step 8: The picture shows what the tofu soup pot looks like after boiling. Taste for saltiness. If it tastes good, cover the pot and cook for a minute or two. (You can sprinkle some chicken essence before serving to make it taste more delicious! I don’t eat chicken essence, so I didn’t omit it)
