Cut the potatoes into cubes, put them in a pot with cold water and cook until they are tender. About 8 minutes after boiling. Blanch broccoli.

160g of cooked beef braised by yourself, 1 blanched potato, 30g of blanched broccoli, 40g of onions, 30g of carrots, 60g of king oyster mushrooms, and 100g of tomato juice.

Heat the oil in a pan over low heat, add 4 pieces of rock sugar, and let it bubble until it becomes fine and dense. Add the potato cubes that have been drained of water.

Stir-fry a few times quickly until the sugar color is even.

Then add onion pieces and stir-fry, king oyster mushroom slices, and carrot pieces.

Then add the beef cubes.

After adding the beef cubes, there are two ways to do it. The first one is to add water and boil it. After the potatoes are soft and mashed, add 1 to 2 pieces of Good Samurai Red Braised Beef Condensed Cube and cook it. This method is suitable for busy office workers. I am using the second method today, adding a bowl of 250g of water, then adding 100g of tomato juice and boiling (reduce the amount if the tomatoes are sour), and add 1g of black pepper.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the potatoes become tender when poked. Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to taste. You can also add some pizza sauce I cooked a few days ago to season it, which will give it an exotic flavor.

Reduce the juice over high heat. When ready to serve, add the blanched broccoli and cook for a while.
