Fried eggs with green beans and dried radish
Overview
I wanted to try just scrambled eggs with green beans, but I was afraid that it would be too simple. I happened to see the dried radish that was ready, so I might as well add it.

Cut the dried radish into shreds, fry in water, and set aside;

Cut the green beans diagonally into rings, put water in the pot, and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to give the beans a bit of flavor, blanch them until they are raw, remove the filtered water, and press a little to squeeze out the water;

Beat the eggs, add 1/3 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, beat evenly;

Heat the pot over medium-high heat, add oil, and pour in the egg liquid;

Continue to pour in the shredded radish and green beans, mix quickly and it's ready to serve.
