Pancakes with Mushroom and Meat Sauce

Flour and mushroom meat sauce are ready. For the recipe of Mushroom Meat Sauce, please refer to "Homemade Mushroom Meat Sauce".

Add salt to the flour, slowly pour in a small amount of boiling water, stir quickly with chopsticks to form a fluffy consistency, then pour in some cold water, and knead it into 3 smooth doughs (face, hand, and basin). Water must be added several times and in small amounts, firstly to prevent the dough from being too thin, and secondly to allow the dough to absorb water and knead the water in.

Divide the dough into 4 evenly sized portions.

Sprinkle some dry flour on the chopping board, take a dough, flatten it with your hands, and then use a rolling pin to roll it into a dough with a thick middle and thin edges.

Wrap the mushroom meat sauce into the dough.

First wrap it into a bun shape.

Place the wrinkled surface underneath and slowly flatten it, as shown in the picture.

Heat the oil pan. When the oil is 6 mature, put the prepared pancakes in the pan and fry. Pour less oil, otherwise it will become fried, O(∩_∩)O~!
