Wash and tear the enoki mushrooms into small florets.

Chop green onion, minced garlic, and pepper and set aside.

All ingredients are reserved.

Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and pepper, stir-fry and add a little salt and oyster sauce to taste.

Add a little light soy sauce for color.

Pour the fried sauce on top of the enoki mushrooms.

Drizzle a little steamed fish with soy sauce.

Steam for 6 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Heat the oil in the pot again and pour it on top of the steamed enoki mushrooms.
