Fried river shrimp
Overview
When I went to the supermarket and bought fresh river prawns, the first thing that came to my mind was deep-frying. It must be fried to a crispy texture. Adults and children alike like to eat it. It is a good ingredient for calcium supplementation and fitness.

Ingredients: river shrimp.

Clean the shrimps, add cooking wine, white pepper and salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Pickled river prawns.

Pour cooking oil into the pot. When the oil is 50% hot, add the river shrimp and fry.

When the shrimps are nearly mature, remove them and heat the oil over high heat.

Re-fried shrimp, remove and serve on a plate in about 30 seconds.
