Melt the butter over water, crush the biscuits and mix evenly with the butter

Put it into the bottom of the mold, compact it and refrigerate it for later use (movable bottom mold)

Mix milk and fish gelatin powder and heat until melted, stir well and let cool until set aside

Evaporated milk, matcha powder and sugar

Beat until slightly textured and mix with the prepared milk isinglass powder solution (not too hot)

Take out the mold and pour a layer of matcha mousse filling on top

Place it in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour. After taking it out, blow it around with a hair dryer and you can easily remove it from the mold
