Cold cabbage and tofu skin

In the hot weather, my favorite thing is cold dishes. I made cold dishes by myself at noon, which was refreshing and slimming down.

Raw materials: cabbage, green pepper, red pepper, tofu skin.

Cut cabbage, green pepper, and red pepper into shreds.

Cut the tofu skin into shreds and blanch in boiling water.

Squeeze the water into the blanched tofu skin, and add coriander and minced garlic.

Prepare a small bowl and add a small amount of tomato paste.

Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, light soy sauce, white vinegar, and chicken essence and stir evenly.
