Weigh all the ingredients and put them into the utensils for later use.

Pour the butter into a bowl and stir, then add the powdered sugar and stir evenly.

Add eggs and mix well.

Pour half of the soybean flour, low-gluten flour, and high-gluten flour respectively, sift into the bowl and mix well with a spatula.

Then pour in the other half of the powder and mix evenly with a spatula. It must be divided into two times.

Mix well and form into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about half an hour. You can put it directly into a plastic bag and refrigerate.

After taking it out, roll it into a long strip, divide it into small squeeze balls and roll it into rounds. If you have a round mold, you can roll it out flat and press it into a round shape.

Preheat the oven to 160°C for 5 minutes in advance, flatten it with a spoon and sprinkle with sesame seeds, then bake it in the oven for about 13 minutes. The time varies depending on the oven.
