Two-meter rice dumplings
Overview
The idea of two kinds of rice in Northeast China is extended to rice dumplings. The difference is that millet rice is replaced by large yellow rice and glutinous rice. Rhubarb rice is also a kind of sticky rice, but according to my father, it is rarely that sticky nowadays.

Soak the rice dumpling leaves and horse lotus (rope) a few hours in advance

Use a deeper pot with water higher than the rice dumplings and cook for 40 minutes. I used a pressure cooker without pressure.

The cooked rice dumplings can be soaked in water for several hours to make them softer and more glutinous
