The simplest cake - raisin muffin
Overview
I have always loved cakes, they can be used as snacks or made for breakfast. Every time I make chiffon, I have to whip it up and have a bunch of tools to wash and clean. If I don’t want to put in the effort, just make muffins. There is no need to whip all the ingredients, and you can have a delicious cake in half an hour. Isn’t it great

Sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt

Add raisins and mix well

Mix milk, oil and eggs

Add the mixed powder

Mix until all the flour is moistened. Do not over-mix

Pour into paper cups

Sprinkle raisins and crispy bits on top for decoration (if you don’t have crispy bits, leave them out)

Middle rack of oven, 200 degrees, about 20 minutes
