27’s cooking diary – “hamburger” patties that make people want to eat them after eating them

Every Tuesday and Thursday, 27, who has full-day classes, decides to bring lunch by himself~ So~ I decide to bring hamburger patties tomorrow~ Hmm~ It’s more convenient~ and quite delicious~

Prepare ingredients.

Mash the garlic, cut the onions, green and red peppers, and tofu into small pieces, and melt the butter (well, I am too lazy to melt the butter at 27~heehee~) and set aside. Pour together the butter, meat filling, beaten eggs, flour, and cooking wine.

Using chopsticks, stir all the ingredients in one direction until all the ingredients are completely mixed together.

Then add all the remaining ingredients to the mixed meat sauce and mix evenly again.

Pat it into a round patty about 1cm thick with your hands (or any other shape will do).

Place on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven at 200°C, middle layer, upper and lower heat, bake for 12-15 minutes, take out and flip over, and bake for another 8 minutes or so.
