Sweet and sour tiger pepper
Overview
Tiger skin green pepper, also known as tiger skin sea pepper, sweet and sour chili pepper, is a dish made with green pepper as the main ingredient. It is named because the surface of the green pepper is slightly burnt by frying, and the mottled burnt spots resemble the pattern of a tiger. The mention of tiger skin and green peppers makes the person in the family salivate. I remember that when I first fell in love more than 20 years ago, I would order tiger skin and green peppers every time I ate. He also told me that even if it was just one dish, he could eat three large bowls of rice. Why tiger green peppers are so popular, I think it has a lot to do with the fact that the raw materials are cheap, sweet and sour, spicy, appetizing, better than meat dishes, and delicious both hot and cold. Tiger skin green peppers are very simple to make. When stir-frying the peppers, use medium-high heat, and use a spatula to gently press the peppers and turn them over from time to time. As long as you have a little patience, you can fry beautiful tiger skin wrinkles~~
