After the New Year, my relatives gave me a lot of chili peppers. I specially took out the pickled plums from last year and made a plum-flavored chili sauce. How to mix it with the seasonings to make it delicious

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pepper padi with clean water and dry the surface moisture. The buckets and basins used must be clean and oil-free
-
After the water dries, remove the stem
-
Use a clean knife to roughly cut each stick into several sections. Wear latex gloves when doing this, otherwise your hands will look like spicy pig hands
-
Take out the sour plums. These are the sour plums that I have pickled with salt for 9 months. They taste amazing. Every year in March and May, there will be sour plums. I will pickle them in a jar and make seasonings
-
Remove the core from the middle of the sour plum and set aside for later use
-
Take the cooking cup and add 1/3 of the capacity of chili peppers
-
Add 1/3 of the sour plums, pour in an appropriate amount of alcohol, and beat until smooth
-
All whipped
-
Add the freshly taken out sour plum cores
-
Pour in salt
-
Mix everything well and store in a clean, water-free and oil-free glass container. Ferment for one week and enjoy
