Roast the almonds at 150 degrees for 10 minutes, then chop and set aside

Pour in the milk powder again, continue to stir evenly, and remove from the heat

Pour in the chopped almonds while they are hot and mix them quickly. It will be difficult to mix them evenly when they are cold

Spread oil paper on a tray, put the sugar balls into thick flat cubes
