Sauce-flavored Braised Pork Rice
Overview
When I received new rice as a gift from a friend, I felt the aroma of rice when I opened the bag. I was thinking of using it to make clay pot rice, and seeing that I still had a few slices of pork belly at home, I added them in while cooking. After cooking, add appropriate amount of gravy and soy sauce, stir it, and then blanch some cabbage sum on the side. The taste is really great.

Two cups of rice, five slices of pork belly, and one portion of cabbage sum.

Wash the rice well. Washed rice is a good thing. Save it for washing vegetables.

Change the water again and place the pork belly on top.

The rice washing water is used to soak the cabbage.

Select claypot rice mode.

Cook until the rice is cooked through and the meat is fragrant.

Then add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and gravy, and stir until the rice grains are evenly coated.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then blanch the cabbage.

Place the rice and pork belly on a plate and garnish with green vegetables.
