Wash and cut the beef tenderloin into cubes. Add oyster sauce, curry powder, allspice, pepper, salt, and MSG. Grip it evenly with your hands. Add a little sesame oil and a spoonful of cornstarch. Marinate for 3 hours.

Chop green onions, onions, and cilantro and set aside.

Add 3 star anise and 3 bay leaves.
