The combination of chiffon cake and bread--Effie roll
Overview
When I was visiting the supermarket, I saw the Effie roll. I like tossing it, so I immediately tried it when I got home. Matcha chiffon cake was added to the milk bread, and then a layer of sweet and sour dried cranberries was added. It was much more delicious than the original version made in the supermarket.

Put the ingredients other than butter into the Petrus bread machine and start the dough mixing process. After about 15 minutes, add butter and continue kneading for 20 minutes until the dough can be pulled out as a thin film. The kneaded dough is fermented for the first time

During the fermentation period, make the matcha cake body. Separate the egg white and protein, and put the egg white into an oil-free and water-free container. In the egg yolk container, add oil to the egg yolks, add milk, beat evenly, add sifted low-gluten flour, mix well and set aside.
