Prepare ingredients. Cut the tofu into 1cm square pieces and mince the pork.

Boil water, blanch the tofu cubes in hot water for 1-2 minutes, remove and drain.

Heat the oil in the pot, stir-fry the minced meat, add a bag of mapo tofu ingredients bought in the supermarket, if you don't have it, you can also use Pixian bean paste, stir-fry until the red oil comes out.

Add water and put in the tofu, just enough to cover the tofu. I have a little too much water, so I need to simmer it for a while to reduce the soup. After simmering for 5-10 minutes, when the soup is almost one-third less than the tofu, pour in the water starch (i.e. dissolve 1-2 tsp of starch in a little water), and stir while pouring to prevent the water starch from clumping.

Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
