Osmanthus sugar steamed buns
Overview
This little dessert is not difficult at all. The key is to control the oil temperature and frying time. As long as you master these two points, you can easily make delicious sugar steamed buns. I used fresh osmanthus and honey. You can also use sugar osmanthus directly, or stir-fry sugar to make it thin, both are very delicious.

Heat oil (heat the oil to high temperature), put the steamed buns in, and you can pick them up in a few seconds. (The surface is slightly yellow, do not fry until it is completely golden, otherwise the steamed buns will be a little burnt.)

Place it on oil-absorbing paper, and the color will become darker after a while. When eating, pour honey and sprinkle with fresh osmanthus. (If you don’t have fresh osmanthus, just pour sugar osmanthus on it.)
