Overview
Tangyuan is a traditional delicacy of the Lantern Festival in the south of my country. The one in the north is called Yuanxiao (PS: the production method is different, but the appearance and ingredients are almost the same). Today I recommend a vegetable glutinous rice ball - pumpkin glutinous rice balls. The glutinous rice balls are filled with fragrant and silky peanut butter, and the soup used to cook the glutinous rice balls is pumpkin puree. The soup is silky, the skin of the glutinous rice balls is soft and smooth, and the inside of the glutinous rice balls is rich and silky. Are you starting to drool?

Prepare ingredients: glutinous rice flour, pumpkin, white sugar, peanut butter;

Peel and remove the seeds from the pumpkin, cook and remove;

Use a food processor to puree the cooked pumpkin and set aside;

Add an appropriate amount of water to the white sugar and boil, pour into the glutinous rice flour, mix well and knead into a smooth rice ball;

Divide into small balls, flatten them, wrap peanut butter in the middle, and lock the mouth; PS: You cannot use a rolling pin to roll the glutinous rice, because the glutinous rice is too sticky, so you can only flatten it with your hands and add peanut butter.
